Truly Shocking : Eric Gordon Turning Pro

As was expected of the freshmen sensation, Eric Gordon will be leaving Indiana Univeristy for the NBA. While at Indiana, Gordon lived up to the hype and averaged 20.9 points per game while receiving freshman of the year honors in the Big 10. He was the first freshman at Indiana to average more than 20 points in a season. Illinoise fans, you can now quit whining about how he stiffed your school. Enough is enough.

Gordon will more than likely be a top 10 pick in the draft and considering how much guaranteed money he'll make by being selected that high, it's no wonder he made this decision. I'm sure Tom Crean is quietly crying in a corner right now, especially since next season, he may have only 5-6 scholarship players on his team. Let the rebuilding begin!
